I am having a real tough time understanding the behavior of the treasures that drop the weekly knowledge points and I am looking for any advice or tips to understand how they work.
Some days it seems like more zones spawn more treasures than others, other days those zones are barren. I use HandyNotes / maybe Rare Scanner (not exactly sure), to alert me when I fly over one, but some days there's just no hits. For example, I almost never have luck or find any treasures in Eversong Woods. I have the best luck with Zul'Aman and Voidstorm but somedays there's nothing. Harandar I tend to avoid like the plague because my addon sends an airhorn for every dang moth I come across and its hard to identify moths from treasures.
Any advice or tips how you reach your weekly KPs collections? This was so much easier back in TWW just looking for dirt piles.
