Location in movie "8mm" (1999) possibly Yonkers NY
Very brief street scene shown in 8mm. Why do I want to know? Curiosity and a fascination with the grim and gritty aesthetic that was captured in that movie.
An earlier estalishing aerial shot shows a power plant and large builiding by a river which Google shows to be in Yonkers, NY. That doesn't necessarily mean this particular shot is actually there though.
Google AI seems to think this is Pleasant Ave in Boyle Hights, LA, but I looked there in maps and there's absolutely no way.
