I have not breast fed at all this pregnancy, and I used many methods to dry up my supply (Sudafed, Cabo Cream, etc). However, I am now at 12 weeks. For some reason I felt the need to hand express in the shower, and a significant amount came out, despite doing absolutely nothing for at least 9 weeks. Anyone else have this experience/advice?
