Hi guys. So I'm (19f) new to running. I can comfortably jog a mile in 16 minutes to 15 minutes and 30 seconds. My goal is to be able to run a 10-minute mile or less. What is a good way to achieve this goal safely? I drink lots of water and stretch before running, and do a cool-down walk after running. What do y'all usually do? Any advice would be helpful
