DHS Agency not taking background suitability from another. Why?
Completed and got favorable suitability and BI (T5) from one DHS agency around mid December 25. Applied for another DHS agency and ended up picking them for location. But this new agency isn’t reciprocating my previous BI even tho they’re the same level and sensitivity both within DHS. I thought there was policy from DNI that said they had to accept?
