Hey everyone, I’m in the process of opening a new auto repair shop and I’d really value some honest feedback from this community.
What are some things you dislike or find frustrating when dealing with repair shops? On the flip side, have you had any great experiences or seen any unique ideas that really stood out?
I’m especially interested in anything that made you trust a shop more, come back again, or recommend them to others.
Appreciate any thoughts or stories you’re willing to share.
