Are we able to sell our "assault weapons" after the ban through a VA FFL out of state?

I know we are able to carry banned firearms outside of VA so long as it's legal in that state (but cannot import it back to VA), but can we sell it to an out of state resident through a VA FFL?

For example, if I list a firearm online and it sells to a Florida resident, can I bring that firearm to a VA FFL and have them do the transfer process to the other parties FFL in Florida for the transfer?
