To start: I’ve reached out to the “operator” via chickfila cares , and the chickfila cares site. I am always charged $.25 to get a bun with no butter, and this only started recently since they upgraded their POS I guess . It’s quite upsetting redeeming a free reward to be charged a quarter ? It’s happened over 20 times now and no one seems to understand or care … lol

Can someone maybe help me understand better ? I see the -.25 which should zero out with the +.25 charge but the -.25 doesn’t actually come off?
