Considering Training and then Opening a Business

To be clear - I’m not a locksmith yet, but am currently accepted to a training program that is supposedly pretty diverse in teaching locksmith skills.

I’d like to take some advice before fully pouring myself into this industry.

I have some modest funds saved up to learn and then start my own locksmith business - but I don’t want to put the cart before the horse.

Does anyone have any advice on doing market research to know if I build myself a business in this, if there will actually be enough demand to survive?

Are there any main pieces of advice you wish someone had given you before you got into this business?

I’m fascinated by locksmithing and think I’ll enjoy it but I want to make as educated a move as I can so I don’t just dig myself a money pit.

Thank you ♥️

I know people are by and large up in arms that season 2 is less pinpoint honed in on the building fued between just two characters, saying that this is a ripoff of White Lotus.

Personally, I loved it. It was a glimpse at the worst tendencies in a lot of people that triggers cycles of toxicity or beef.

I don’t think just because the season was more ensemble and less direct that it was White Lotus - which even if it was, does it really matter if it’s this good?

All of the performances are STELLAR. The characters are written in ways that I’ve legitimately heard people talk like in the real world.

The basis of The White Lotus is that it’s kind of cursed, but season 2 of BEEF is essentially everyone refusing to let go of any grievances they have until Josh finally does.

I thought it was a terrific season of television. I really enjoyed it. If it wasn’t for you, that’s okay. I’m just sharing :)
