


Dropped 5 stone and built some muscle – honest journey
16 months ago I was 18 stone (252 lbs), overweight, unhappy, and borderline alcoholic. Over the first 9 months I dropped 4 stone (56 lbs) mainly using Retatrutide for appetite control while cleaning up my diet, 4am gym sessions and getting my drinking under control.
Once I lost the weight I ran two Test-only cycles to build muscle:
• First cycle: 300mg/week for 10 weeks
• Second cycle (just finished): 350/ week for 10 weeks
I’m now around 15 stone (210 lbs), down 3 stone total with noticeably more muscle than before. Still have some loose skin from the big loss, but I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. Training 5-6 days a week, high and trying to stay staying consistent.
