Abstract

This paper presents a synthesis of the informational-connectivity framework and tensor

field dynamics (PPG). We justify the cyclic ”Bounce-Crunch” model through the interaction

of a binary system consisting of a Universe and an Anti-Universe. It is established that

macroscopic entanglement and the global spin of the system generate the observed dipole

anisotropy of the CMB and the ”Axis of Evil.” The model is numerically verified: the modified

effective gravity Geff ensures consistency with JWST data on early quasar formation,

outperforming the standard ΛCDM paradigm.
