Hello everyone, I got my Ender 3 V3 KE a few days ago, and I'm constantly getting the "2194 Unknown Exception" error whenever I try to print, set the Z-offset, or run auto-leveling.

I noticed that the CR Touch is causing the problem, it always turns red and fails because the probe doesn't extend properly. Each time, I have to manually tap the probe with a screwdriver (left and right) just to get it to move to the next step during the self-check.

I really don't know what to do. I've tried several solutions already (including applying contact cleaner), but nothing has worked so far. I would really appreciate any help.
