Is one existing I feel left out since none of my friends watch ufc

My cat is having vaginal discharge (she is unspayed 2.5 year old) we went to a famous pet clinic and her cbc was normal but she had some fever and was lethargic and eating less . the vet prescribed some antibiotics and nsaid for fever. but the cat is still lethargic I am scared what should I do
