Hi everyone. I'm in my late 20s (Tier-1 city, India) looking for advice on overcoming the "no degree" hurdle while job hunting.

My Background & Situation:
• Experience: 8 years of respectable upward growth at a single company, spanning both retail and digital e-commerce business. I want to switch jobs because my salary has stagnated.

• Education: 10+3 Diploma. I am currently pursuing a BBA to fix this, but won't graduate until 2028. Im awesome at communicating and collaborating, to a point where people at work just assume that Ive an MBA.

• The Problem: Last year, I interviewed with several major domestic and international brands. Hiring managers loved my domain knowledge and wanted to hire me. However, every single offer was withdrawn by HR at the last minute due to strict company policies requiring a bachelor's degree.

My Question:
Aside from finishing my BBA, how can I find or approach companies willing to hire based on 8 years of proven retail and e-commerce experience rather than a piece of paper? Are there specific types of companies, platforms, or networking strategies I should focus on?
Appreciate any advice!
