Hi, writing this as a throwaway but i just need some advice. So for a bit of context, me and my baby’s mum (we live in wales) split custody of our child. I have him 3-4 nights a week and so does she. Recently i’ve wanted to take him on holiday (in england) for a week which she has verbally and on text agreed to. Since then, she’s become increasingly more aggressive (wider issue) she also has a major issue with my partner coming, but has said she accepts that the trip is allowed so long as my family goes. What I’m wondering as I’m quite worried is where do I stand if she turns around on the day that we wanna go and refuses to give me my son? I just wanna be a secure as possible. We currently have no social services by involvement, but I am being seen to be a Domestic Abuse Support worker if that’s of any relevance. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions on where i stand as a father
