Hi everyone,
I recently purchased an Apple Pencil Pro but realized it’s not compatible with my iPad. It’s completely new and unused, with original box and packaging.
Unfortunately, Zepto isn’t helping with a return and Apple asked me to contact the retailer.
Has anyone faced something similar or has suggestions on what I can do next? Also open to ideas on how to best make use of it.
