I had never even heard the term space bun before I started my locs. But when the going got tough in the early stages of my loc journey, I discovered the space bun. And WOW, did it manage to really uplift my look, whatever the occasion... it really helped me to feel my locs are gonna be amazing. Even when I was still struggling to get the space buns, and the loc care, "right".
Looking back, I can barely tell what stage my locs are in in each of these pics because of how much the space buns somehow bring out the most beautiful aspects and mask all of the flaws.
