When was the last time you appreciated someone that goes above and beyond every week? What did you do to show them that you appreciate them? Can you share a story about someone that went above and beyond, and then share how you show them your appreciation of them?

I'm in training for TL (currently getting trained at another store for a week.) I'm just looking for ideas/examples on how to show those team members that I appreciate them for their work. How often would it be appropriate to show them I appreciate them.
