Person recording this only recorded 7 seconds for some reason but that should be enough.

3rd month running track, first time taking it serious and my pb times are 11.2 and 22.9.

curious to see if my running form is good and if there's anything i can do to improve it, i stumbled a bit the beginning of the exchange almost losing balance so dw about that.

I try to put force into the ground and try to have a high knee drive and swing my arms better
