Spiritualism/Mysticism/Tarot Starting

I went to a Spiritualist event this weekend and two different spiritualists told me I should pursue this myself; that I have - not 'a gift' but a thing lol One was a Tarot (general?) reader (among other gifts - I dislike that word) and the other crystals, if that matters.

How do you know it's time?

Chico, the super chihuahua, turns 21 in August. I'm ecstatic I've had such a long run with him. I've never had an animal through the end. They've either run away or Mom & her hubs got rid of them behind my back. And always cats. Chico's my first dog.

Dude is so blind, so deaf, and his sniffer barely sniffs right in front of him. He gets really anxious when no one's around (cause he's blind & deaf) and more so when I'm gone. He won't 'go to bed' unless he thinks I'm not going anywhere - even to the kitchen. I have to get IN MY BED WITH THE LIGHTS OUT for him to chill lol My son stays with him during the day while I'm at work. Plus, he's fallen off the bed, couch, will use same and you as a launch pad but gets up for his whatever treat time it is (he's a Hobbit-dog, after all). Still gets zoomies almost every day. Sometimes tries to potty in appropriate places, other times, he has zero fucks. I needed new carpeting anyway.

THE ISSUE: I've been having a 'gut feeling' this whole week about him. He's been sleeping A LOT more than usual. Mornings, he's usually up about 30 minutes before I leave for work. This morning, he would NOT wake up. Like, I'm nudging him, nudging under him, flapping his ear flaps back, etc. He did wake up eventually but he's never acted like a surly teen when it's time to get up. I don't know if he's as comfortable as I think he is. He gets CBD twice a day and a mild pain med 'as needed'. When I get home, he's sleeping on the couch (son got him up) and sometimes it's for an hour or more after I get home. I used to play 'don't wake the baby' when I got home to not disturb him. He knew within 5 min. The last few weeks have had noticeably increased chunks of sleep. I'm rambling...
