I went through a really rough period during grade 11 and some of 12, so I'm submitting an extenuating circumstances form to explain my situation. I was wondering if anyone in this subreddit has completed one, and how detailed they need to be. I feel like mine is too emotionally composed and lacks some formality. Thanks guys.
