Hi M 33 here, diagnosis 4.3mm varicocele with intratesticular component. I’ve posted before about my varicocele and I’ve finally seen a urologist today through my private health care. He suggested both embolization and laparoscopic as treatment options. He was confident in both in terms of performing them, success rate and reoccurrences etc. He seemed to lean towards laparoscopy but said the choice was up to me. I’d like to hear your own stories and which is the best to opt for?

From what I’ve read through these threads laparoscopic surgery seems less preferred I honestly just want the best outcome so happy to hear everyone’s thoughts
