Doctor says I only need to eat gluten for about a week before the test, while I've heard another doctor in the past mention need to eat for several weeks.

I have been low carb but not entirely gluten free for many years due to another health condition (autoimmune arhtritis) and it has helped loads. Now I'm officially going to get tested for celiac.

Curious how others have prepared for their celiac tests? And if you weren't already eating much of gluten, how long did you eat it leading up to the test? Also curious about those who tested negative but still had symptoms and found relief in eating a gluten free diet.

Edit: I must also add that I'm feeling very anxious eating gluten, I haven't had gluten like pasta, breads and wheat based things for many years. Sometimes I might eat it here and there (like i really like dumplings and Asian food). I'm concerned I'm going to break out and get really bad oily skin.
