Hello , Im not a siginter or anything but doesn't this signal seem kinda Russian Military in origin? The radio does a key tone preamble before the crypto "opens" and is modulated into the carrier wave. Am on the right track to assume so? It seems like some sort of C2 station as there are strong signals which seem to be originating close to Kalachevo (in Russian borders) and some outstations further east responding to the main C2 station which is what I presume to be receiving.
