Hi, looking for experiences from anyone with recurrent FSGS after kidney transplant.

My sister is on her second round of plasmapheresis (9 sessions over 2 weeks) after relapsing 6 months post-remission. Doctors also mentioned possible maintenance treatments every ~3 weeks in future.

Did plasmapheresis work for you long-term after relapse?

Did anyone end up needing regular maintenance treatment?

What other treatments helped?

Trying to understand what long-term management actually looks like.Thinking of everyone dealing with this. Thank you.
