So basically I am an engineering student in Delhi and I want to get a PPL just for hobby flying. I'm currently finishing my 3rd year in computer science. With one semester left , I wanted to know several things:

can I do the training alongside my college?
if I start a job will it be feasible for me to continue like how strict the flying schools are.
I contacted a few flying schools but all of them provide just ground training so where to get the actual flying hours.
is ppl in india valid throughout the world or only for India
