What’s an annoying recurring task you’d pay a few dollars/month to eliminate?

I’ve been thinking about ultra-low-cost SaaS products lately.

Not $20–50/mo tools, more like $2–3/mo utilities that solve one annoying recurring problem for founders/solo devs.

Basically, a small recurring annoyance in your workflow that you’d genuinely pay a couple dollars/month to remove?

Been applying to internships recently and everything felt scattered.

Different versions of my resume, cover letters in random docs, job descriptions saved everywhere… I kept rewriting the same stuff over and over.

I ended up making a simple workflow, now, hight.ai that just:

  • takes the job description
  • tweaks my resume to match it and ats-friendly
  • generates a quick cover letter and outbound mail

So now I’m not starting from scratch every time.

I’m also testing letting people use their own API key so it only costs a few cents per application instead of paying like £20/month for other tools.

So far it has made life very much easier for me and allow me focus more on my studies

Curious what others are using for this?
