I recently swapped out my Asus Zephyrus GU502g battery for a new one due to extreme power drain when unplugged, only to now have to keep the laptop plugged in just to have it on. Battery percentage is 0% and shows that it is plugged in, but won't take a charge. I already tried uninstalling the device option from the battery driver and restarted the computer to reinstall it, but it is still having the same issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
