Which LORs should I focus on?
Hey y'all, I'm currently applying to PA school and I'm having trouble narrowing down my LORs.
I have two from my current job: a PA (will write a really solid letter), and an MD who is the medical director (will write a decent letter)
Two from my past jobs: both are PAs that really became friends (as a default will write really solid letters)
One from college: a supervisor from the service organization I was a part of who is also a priest
I chose not go for a professor because, even though i built strong relationships with a lot of them, I feel with the volume of requests they're getting, they wont write anything particularly sold.
With all of this said, is it overkill to ask all 5 of these people? I think they can all genuinely write me a solid letter and they all add something to my application.
