So basically, it is my first ever time using the AliExpress platform.
Went on a small shopping spree where I kept adding items until it reached about 80 euros worth of goodies. From what I understood, AliExpress put it all in a single package.
Order kept progressing just fine until "Import Custom Clearance Completed".
After that it was 2 months of radio silence. I contacted Yanwen, local delivery companies to try and find something about the order. No clue in sight. Finally it was time to just call it a day and press the refund button. I refunded all the stuff that was put in that single package. I woke up today to check on my other order that I made about a week ago and saw that my account is banned for "Suspicious Transactions".
I don't care about this platform anymore, never gonna use it again. I just want to know if I will get my money back from AliExpress or should I just call my bank and initiate a chargeback process.
