Apparently estate theft, elder abuse, defrauding a funeral home, and illegal burials are all perfectly legal in NJ!
As some of you might remember from a post I made months ago about my uncle’s estate being stolen by his friend former colleague, we have learned that it’s not worth the time of law enforcement to pursue and our only recourse is so to spend money in civil court to get a fraction of what would’ve went to my family as this POS has definitely diverted the money six ways from Sunday and he will face no criminal charges. This man is a disgraced former law enforcement individual but as we know the blue backs their own.
We even had several ex law enforcement officials who are decent individuals who worked with my uncle and the corrupt crook that said they would testify on our behalf against his character. We supplied Mercer County with a mountain of evidence and it’s apparently not worth their super busy time to be bothered. We are a family of educators scraping by and he’s a crooked ex cop who was kicked out of the prosecutors office where he was employed for making anonymous threats to prosecutors but apparently stealing close to a million dollars in assets intended for us is perfectly fine in the state of New Jersey. The laws as it is are very loose for all the felonies I mentioned in the title. So while I struggle to rub pennies together to get my son autism treatment this beached whale with his red retard MAGA hat gets to retire on the beach with a million in assets to play with. I have no respect for this system and will never listen to any pro government, pro law enforcement or pro how wonderful this system is compared to everywhere else rhetoric as long as I live! If anyone does have time to petition the state to make laws against everything I mentioned tougher please do so I’m usually too busy trying to find where my next dollar is coming from. If anyone else has ever suffered this nightmare let me know u have my sympathy!
