Hey, so as the title states, I’d like to lose body fat % while not really losing weight. I am and have always been a light person so idrk if losing weight is too beneficial, but I also have some body fat on my stomach mostly, and almost only. Which I’d like to reduce for the upcoming summer season. I am a male, 178 cm and 58 kgs on mornings, 61 ish later during the day! I go to the gym 4x a week.
Now how coul I go about this?
