Writing an MFR after being out?

Recently medically retired and have to move very soon for a job I just got.

The mortgage company wants proof of retirement income and doesn't seem to understand the math behind what is stated on my retirement orders. They want some sort of official document, which DFAS cannot provide yet as they just made my account and the Airmen at my local base Finance could not compute what I was asking for, even when I had the MFR readily drafted up for any of them to sign. I have already done all of the math based off of my High-3 and know the exact dollar amount.

The official VA award letter will take awhile to come through as well, which is an option I already explored.

I am thinking I just sign this thing myself, attach my last LES and retirement orders as proof of the projected income, and call it a day. Is there any sort of weird regulation or legality that I'll run into doing this?
