New Heatpump, what tarriff right now?

Ive gone through replies on here but struggling for a definitive answer
Ive had a heatpump installed - loving it so far and enjoying getting my head around the new way of thinking about heating and energy
Key think I'm stuck on is tarriffs. Octopus Cosy looks like boiler logic to me? But can't figure out what the best option is. I've configured it to run low and low so the heatpump is constantly on and only really fires up to heat the DHW. Awkward time of year to have one installed due to the constant fluctuations in mild weather but Cosy doesn't seem the right fit.
I have solar panels and a battery, no EV yet and all the good tarriffs arent available, I assume due to the situation in Iran.
Finding it quite overwhelming trying to figure out which is the best option, we rang them and they weren't particularly helpful.
If anyone could help that would be great!
