Trying to figure out my leaf spring situation (18 trd OR)

Bought used, still trying to figure out whats right/wrong about the suspension before I dig into it. I dont know much, so I figured id drop a few photos to see what more experienced folks can tell about the current leaf springs. Ant and all help appreciated.

-just past the u-bolts on either side I feel like there should be cross bolts in the brackets/clips

-I dont see any blocks

-pretty sure, but unclear, the brake line appears to be just hanging, thought there should be a 12mm bolt to attach to it, ill have to jump back under to check(only have the photo to go off of currently)
