I purchased an RX 9060 XT 16GB Sapphire Nitro + Gaming OC yesterday from Vishal Peripherals for Rs 42000. Today, they reached out to me to inform me they are not willing to honour this purchase and will offer a refund of the 42000+gateway charges, but I incurred an extra 2.5% charge on my credit card which will not be covered by them.

I am not neccesarily looking for a refund, I would like to downgrade but I'm not getting a good price on it either. How should I proceed.
