When i press down on the brakes at a certain point it feels like they’re locking up and then the car jolts forward. It happens every time i come to a stop. They seize up pretty hard. I just changed the oil yesterday, and the problem started today but i dont think that has anything to do with it. Also now that i think about it, when im on the highway and im slowing down to get off at an exit the brakes feel like they’re not fully making contact. The best way to explain the feeling is like when riding a bike and braking, and the brakes don’t full make contact the bike kind of shudders.

UPDATE:i had my brother come with me and he said Its over revving and the transmissions banging out of 3rd gear
