AC Stream Pro dead after 1 month, ignored by support
Hey,
just my current experience, i have 3 Batteries (1 Ultra + 2 AC pros). One died over a week ago with the error "Bus softstart error 556". Nothing really works here, no restart oder removing and adding it again, nothing.
So i send an email to the eu support of ecoflow .. over a week ago, nothing, tried with different emails . .nothing besided the initial automatic response. I bought it directly from their own store as well.
What a sh** show~
