Been trying to upgrade some units for forever now, decided to check how close I was to having the requirements (x2 Exceptional+).

...are these units not exceptional+?

Oh wow im realizing as im writing this that exceptional plus is its own rank. Oops.

But besides that, do they have to be the exact rank called for? And how did i pass it without them being used as food? Is he stupid?

Genuinely confused as to how this happenf and want to know how to avoid it going forward
