I would just like to share a very positive experience with Oura from today. I reached out to them to let them know my ring is acting funky. Battery life is max 24 hours but there have also been some quirky new issues like it not connecting to my phone; not “seen” unless on the charger. Started a couple days ago. Immediately I got sent a replacement (this is my second replacement in 3 years which I guess isn’t good 😂🙈) but it was overall positive. I do really enjoy Oura and it’s been so accurate for me on a lot of things. I have massively improved my health, sleep and stress management since I got it. So..thanks I guess!!
