I run 15 miles a week, and workout between legs and arms every day except one day a week, I eat mostly rice and beans, creatine, protein powder. I have lost significant weight but I feel so behind. I feel as if I do more than the average person, 2 hours in the gym a day, but my form looks significantly worse. I know it's progress makes perfect, but just wanted to share some realism. :( 5'4" and 126lbs. Is this a normal realistic physique without filters or am I doing something wrong? Should I get a PT?
