Double incision with nerve reinnervation nipple grafts, done by Dr. Andrew Marano in NYC (East Coast Advanced Plastic Surgery/GAMMA [Gender Affirming Medical & Microsurgical Associates])

The process was so smooth and couldn’t be happier with my results so far. The indentation in the middle of my incisions is actually being held together by the dermabond that refuses to come off, but I think Dr. Marano will help me remove that at my 1 month post-op appointment next week. Right now there’s mostly just itching/irritation from the leftover dermabond, but other than that, Dr. Marano and his team have been amazing. I also lost like 40 pounds between my consultation and the surgery, and my results are still way better than I could’ve imagined.
