I bought a Poco X6 Pro half a year ago and I have this really weird issue. Basically my mobile data says I have 4G/5G but doesn't ever work, I can receive calls when I have WiFi, but when I don't then I don't even receive the call at all and then get a text saying I missed a call. I can't call or text people without WiFi using WiFi. I even bought a new SIM card with a new number and tried that one but had the same issue, so it must be the phone. I'm with O2 UK and have a bundle with infinite calls and texts and 7GB of mobile data so I should be able to use it but I can't. I've tried to toggle pretty much every setting I could possibly find and none of it changed anything, I'm so lost guys.
