I'd love to find an artist for my next game to do all the 3d asset handling - static environment and character models, texturing, etc. I know a whole game worth of assets is a lot but what would you charge? By hour or by work completed? I don't want janky FAB assets that used by everyone else in the indie scene and break immersion. I know it won't be cheap, and that's okay - artists deserve to be paid.
I'm looking for a 3d N64 Ocarina of Time aesthetic BTW.
