So this is my first playthrough and I am currently in chapter four, I have noticed that Arthur is coughing in some cutscenes and I am wondering if I need to take something to stop the coughs? Also when doing some missions my screen becomes like a light orange for a second. So do I need to visit a doctor? Can't believe they added a mechanic where you can get sick, rdr2 is so realistic!

Sorry for bad English. So I am only on book 9 and maybe my question is answered in the future but I have this rainwing oc who has scars and I was wondering if rainwings can still change color on their scarred tissue, or if they turn fully invisible are their scars still visible?
