So I want to start a alter for Aphrodite but I was wondering if that would be disrespectful because I’m not Hellenistic. I believe that gods and spirits are real and that Zeus, Aphrodite, Apollo etc are real but I’m not a Hellenistic in the way that I really worship and pray everyday or know everything about them. I would just like to start an alter so I could interact with the deities. I would still gift offerings and everything but I might not do things like for example take a special bath for Aphrodite and I was wondering if that was ok or really disrespectful. Also if it’s not disrespectful I would like some help on how to start an alter for her and what to use. Thank you, byee.
