why do alot of these posts feel like they are mostly problems with hybe?

I had a janitor ai account and i made a bot that apparently was doing to well because i got banned for "Spamming" and "Botting"

I emailed and some girl replied "we reviewed and we wont unban you" and i was so pissed off, they then proceeded to ignore EVERY SINGLE email i send asking for any proof they need because i had it. Then they blocked me and banned my alt account aswell
