Hey! I wanted to get some unbiased opinions on this situation.
Sooo basically there is a guy in one of my classes who I honestly haven’t really talked to and I don’t think he knows I exist. However, I’ve been wanting to get out of my shell a bit more after a very uneventful year lol.
The guy is polite in class and seems nice (I know I’m not working with much since I haven’t even spoken to him). And I hope this doesn’t come off as creepy but he’s on one of the sports teams and his coaches and teammates seem to have an endless amount of praise for him. I actually haven’t heard anything negative about him which leaves me with hope that he’s a decent person. I’ve also watched a few of the team’s games and he really seems passionate and hardworking.
Now that the semester is over, I have a bit more courage to message him since I won’t have to see him every week anymore. But idk, I know I’m definitely romanticizing this version of him I’ve created in my head. And he just seems waaaayyy out of my league since he is on the sports team and has a lot of followers on instagram. Plus, I’m worried he’ll think it’s weird that a random girl is trying to talk to him.
I also don’t even know what to say. Like “Hey I know we haven’t spoken but I’ve been watching you all semester and think you’re really cool!” 😭 (obviously I won’t say that)
