A male experienced recurring parotitis. ENT helped for this.Later Rheumat diagnosed SS from positive Ro and SSA and started immunosuppressants and pilocarpine . But parotid glands swelling still scares me. I have to remove citrus food completely. Living with initial Weight loss, shrinkage in salivary glands and dry mouth. How long I will have to take these medicines. Please help. Thank you.
