I've had oral thrush for a year. I've somewhat been able to get rid of it a couple of times but as soon as I eat the tiniest bit of carbs/sugar, it comes right back. I have a graduation coming up next week and will be in close proximity with friends and family so I'm worried about my breath.
Is there a hack to get rid of it quickly?
Is there a hack to keep my breath neutral even if the thrush doesn't go away?
How do I keep it from coming back? Do I need to be on the candida diet forever?
I have a scheduled appointment with an ENT in 12 days. Do I need to request specific testing?
Thank you for your help!! I appreciate you.
